The Summer energy is here. Sun shining down on our faces and warming our hearts. Let’s move into the season with open loving, festive hearts and celebrate together!
Your host Deborah uses Crystal Bowls, chimes, a planetary gong, wave drum, and various other instruments to lead you on a journey of sound meditation. Sound can clear blockages and helps the body and mind to unwind. Sound vibration can help facilitate warm healing energy to flow within the body. Come join us and set some positive intentions for the new lunar month. Meet new friends or just relax, meditate and take some time out for yourself.

Ticket includes the use of a yoga bolster, mat, blankets and an eye pillow. Please arrive 10 mins early to get settled in. Feel free to bring your pillow for your comfort.
