Integration
Integrating Energy After Your Journey:
To support your integration process when the energy feels particularly active, consider adding some physical exercises. Grounding yourself by walking barefoot in nature after our session can be incredibly beneficial, as well as swimming in the ocean or enjoying a saltwater bath to cleanse and refresh your energy.
There’s no need to worry—any intense energy sensations should subside within the next few days. It might be wise to take a little more time to integrate before jumping back into another session.
After our time together, I encourage you to take it easy for the rest of the day. Enjoy a cold shower, spend some time in nature, and observe how your energy shifts over the following days. You might notice some significant changes and transformations as the energy continues to work with you.
Remember, somatic trauma work is fundamentally energy work. By connecting with our bodies and energy, we're addressing the trapped, stagnant energy that resides within us. When we focus on releasing this old, sometimes painful energy, we not only change our patterns but also elevate our consciousness.
Healing isn’t just about wishing things would get better; it’s about making conscious choices and recognizing what needs to change for harmony and balance in your life. As we begin this journey, you may find yourself drawn away from certain foods, habits, and even relationships that no longer serve you. This shift occurs because we’re no longer operating at lower levels of consciousness. Instead, we start engaging with a higher vibrational energy that nurtures our health, well-being, and relationships.
As we explore these new levels of consciousness, we become more aware of our surroundings and what we choose to ingest—physically and energetically. Sometimes, the things that used to feel okay just don’t resonate anymore, and that’s completely natural. Integration helps us realign with our new diets, interests, and experiences, which can feel overwhelming at times.
You might find yourself trying to revert to old habits, but your body has evolved, and it won’t easily go back to those ways. It’s like a light has shifted within your cells, changing your relationship with energy and consciousness. What was once tolerable can now feel toxic, intensifying your sensitivity to things like coffee, alcohol, and even unhealthy relationships.
This heightened awareness is crucial as we embrace our new level of consciousness. You may feel more sensitive and drawn to calmer, more supportive environments. So if someone says, "You’ve changed," know that you truly have—on multiple levels!
This work is transformative; it’s not just a two-hour session and back to business as usual. You’re literally changing your chemistry and your relationship with life. It’s a beautiful process, but it can feel jarring or isolating at first. Surrounding yourself with like-minded souls on similar paths is incredibly important.

Integration is essential in deep energy healing work. I’ve learned this the hard way—ignoring it often leads to regret later on. Think of it like this: if you had a cast removed from your leg, you wouldn’t rush to run a marathon immediately. You’d ease back in, allowing your muscles to strengthen. The same goes for energy healing. After we address deep-rooted traumas, we can expect the energy to continue integrating for days to come.
Your time on the mat is just the tip of the iceberg; the real magic unfolds afterward during integration. While energy can shift instantly, the lessons, patterns, and invisible aspects of ourselves take time to integrate back into wholeness. It’s not unusual to feel emotionally raw or fragile after a session. You might experience emotional outbursts, exhaustion, or even physical aches as your body adjusts.
Energy healing can sometimes mimic a detox. Just as you would experience detox symptoms physically, we might face emotional and energetic purging as we cleanse the mind, body, and spirit. If your nervous system has been tied to constricting energies, the unwinding can feel intense in the days that follow. Big releases happen during our sessions, but the emotional debris may continue to surface afterward.
This journey often involves contraction before expansion—some refer to it as the "dark night of the soul." Yet, when the light floods in, it’s a magical experience. No amount of money or material possessions can provide this. It’s a rite of passage, and I’m profoundly grateful for everyone who walks this path, especially those who have faced such deep challenges.
Remember, this process requires repetition, and you’re in charge of your pace. There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Trust that, with time and consistency, energy will continue to open up new layers and dive deeper. Each session is an opportunity to shed what no longer serves you and embrace profound transformation.
Some may find the energy experience intense, while others may feel it more subtly. The key is letting go; to truly experience this work, surrender is essential. If you find it challenging to release and trust the process, know that the energy is still working in your favor.
During your Journey, I invite you to simply witness your experience—observe and allow the energy to guide you. Don’t judge it; be present and curious about where it takes you.
Attuning to the Frequency.
Why do some people tune into this energy and vibration more quickly than others?
The truth is, the more you immerse yourself in this frequency, the more your nervous system learns to embrace it. If you're carrying emotional blocks, unhealed trauma, or past wounds, these can create energetic blockages that vibrate at a lower frequency. As your kundalini awakens, it begins to dissolve these blocks, gradually releasing them into your consciousness for integration. This process helps you move toward a sense of fullness, wholeness, and alignment of mind, body, and soul.
In this space, we share resonances of love, empowerment, and a deeper understanding of existence. This allows you to connect with yourself and experience the true nature of reality on all levels.
What matters most is being present in this energy. Whether you have spontaneous movements or not isn’t essential; it’s all about being in the flow of purification.
Remember, just like a caterpillar doesn’t turn into a butterfly overnight, trust the process and notice the internal shifts happening within you. The feeling of each session will deepen the more you engage with the frequency and surrender to it.
For Those Who Feel Little or Nothing:
If you’re feeling little or nothing during a session, know that the energy meets you where you are. With Earth’s frequencies rising, we’re in a powerful spiritual awakening and ready for profound transformation. However, it’s completely normal for some to not feel much during a session.
Rest assured, the energy is still working for you. It may take a few sessions for it to activate more fully, this was the case in my experience due to years of childhood trauma of sexual abuse. I found that I needed more sessions to fully trust and surrender to the higher frequency of Kundalini/Shakti/Life Force Energy. Some people find it hard to let go, often feeling stuck in their minds and strongly identifying with their personalities. Others may have suppressed their energy significantly or carry traumas that make it challenging to dive deeper into their healing. Additionally, some might have built up protective barriers that keep them from fully engaging in their experience.
After a session, most people find themselves in a serene space. You may also continue to activate this energy long after through practices like meditation, yoga, breath work, or intense exercise.
