If you feel that something is holding you back and not sure where to start, or if Reiki energy healing work is for you, let’s just talk a bit and see if it is a fit for you. Private sessions are designed to do the following: relieve stress and dis-ease, clearing and removing energy cords, contracts, negative thought patterns, and emotional blocks that no longer serve you; therefore releasing you from patterns of self-limitation and self-sabotage.  It always amazes me to see and hear many of my clients express their immediate feeling of the shift within and can totally change their physical, mental, and emotional lives through Reiki energy work, yoga and mindfulness with their new perspective. I have been studying energy work and ancient healing arts for more than two decades throughout the world. Exploring and sharing how the mind, body and soul are connected, and how we can break away from what holds us back to living our best lives, is my greatest passion. Reiki is a beautiful energy healing tool that can help cleanse your chakras and create alignment of your body, mind and soul.  What to expect when you come to a Reiki Session: Firstly, you will receive a very warm welcome. I love holding space for people and assisting them on their soul journey. You will feel very safe, seen and held within your session. I will begin your session with an open-hearted conversation, inquiring about your intentions, and what led you to book your healing session. When ready we will shift onto the Reiki table where I will assist you to feel at ease, helping you to open your energy for receiving Reiki and unconditional love. I will communicate with your higher self, channelling potent guidance and wisdom. Intuitively, I will begin to move, balance and shift your energy. As portals open, high vibrational energy will begin to flow around and through you. It is a relaxing and gentle feeling. A feeling of letting go of old energy, whilst welcoming pure energy that will rejuvenate your whole energy system. "Reiki can never and will never belong to just one person or one organization.
